Doesn’t do the justice of the Singapore hainanese chicken. I want to give 0 score to chicken and -1 to the rice. 😂😂
-2 to Service. I asked the store owner if I can have chopsticks. He didn’t even look at me and waved me away. I guess he must be hated his job. He was then focus on his phone. 😂😂 He is not interested.
Food was quite alright 👍🏻 we ordered bak kut teh but forgot to add rice 🍚 so upon collection of our food, the stall lady was nice enough to sell me a bowl of rice for cash 💴 same for the beverage stall lady for allowing me to buy a drinks with cash
Overall it’s not a bad place in the airport to have a meal as long as you don’t mind the excessive noise from the cleaners banging and clanging about.
You need to get a food ticket first using a tickets machine. A few machines are by the entrance, but there is another one inside the food court where less people are normally cuing.
The number on your food ordered will be displayed on the big display board when it’s ready. So that you can go to each stall to pick your food. There is a plenty of seats to sit and relax.
The quality of food is OK.
He doesn't know what to do. Keep struggling back and forth for a long time. Frozen food. Even the rolls (with vegetables) are cooled and put in the microwave. The meat was frozen and extremely old (rough and dull)... the sour vegetables served with it were unknown how long it had been left out. I have a stomach ache right after eating. The food court in Singapore Airport is bad like that ?
To buy food, you need to obtain tickets from a vending machine. Unfortunately, the machine at the entrance is consistently overcrowded with tourists, making it a real challenge to pay for the tickets. The only other machine available, which has been non-functional since at least July (my last trip experienced the same issue), is surprisingly empty. Despite spending over 20 minutes completing the ordering process, the food quality was disappointing.
Is it world-class food? Can you find better on the streets of Singapore?
But! You're in an airport food court! It's world-class Airport food court food! And some of it is really good, like outside good!
0 stars if i can choose so. The price is $10 per bowl but the qty cannot even fill my primary school child. The foodcourt is so dirty, tables and return tray areas with dirty dishes. This is unbelievable and unbecoming of world class standard airport. There are so many travellers nowadays , aren’t there funds to make the world better by employing more staff and filling people’s stomachs? i hope it is not management’s decision to cut cost.
food have to be order via the machine. There are four machines near the entrance, tene to be crowded. There is one hidden behind where tray return area.
once ordered, find your seat and pick up your food when your number is called via the monitor. food is nice. drink have to queue and purchase on the stall itself.
